Last updated: 7 September 2026
1. Who is responsible
The controller for personal data processed via this website is:
TRIT — The Right IT
Based in Sweden
Email: tritcontact@gmail.com
If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise your rights, contact us at the email above.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to the corporate website at trit.se (including pages such as About, Products, Careers and Contact). It does not replace the privacy terms of OneMuslimNetwork or other products we build; those services have their own notices where you create an account or use the product.
3. What data we process
Contact and career enquiries
If you use the contact form or email us, we process the information you send, typically:
- Name
- Email address
- Message content (and any other details you choose to include)
The contact form opens your device’s email client with a pre-filled draft (mailto:) to tritcontact@gmail.com. We do not run a server-side form processor on this site. Once you send the email and we receive it, we process the message to reply and, if relevant, to consider a collaboration or job application.
Technical and cookie-related data
- Consent preference: We store your cookie choice in your browser’s
localStorage(trit_cookie_consent) so we can remember whether you accepted optional services. This is not used for advertising. - Optional Google Fonts: If you choose “Accept all”, fonts are loaded from Google. Google may then process technical data such as your IP address and browser details. If you choose “Essential only”, we do not load Google Fonts and the site uses system fallback fonts.
- Server logs: Our hosting provider may keep ordinary web-server logs (for example IP address, time, requested URL and user agent) for security, abuse prevention and technical troubleshooting.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics suites or social-media tracking pixels on this website.
4. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)
- Responding to enquiries and applications — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), and where you tick the contact consent box, consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
- Operating and securing the website — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Remembering cookie preferences — legitimate interests / necessary for providing a service you requested (storing your choice).
- Loading Google Fonts (optional) — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can change your mind via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
5. How long we keep data
- Contact and career messages: normally up to 24 months after the last meaningful exchange, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing discussion, legal claim or statutory obligation.
- Consent preference in your browser: until you clear site data or change the setting.
- Hosting logs: according to the host’s retention settings, typically a short operational period.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:
- Email / communication providers used to receive and store messages sent to our contact addresses.
- Hosting providers that deliver this website and related infrastructure.
- Google, only if you accept optional fonts (see above).
- Professional advisers or authorities when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
If personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (for example when using certain US-based services), we rely on an appropriate safeguard such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, where applicable.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase data (“right to be forgotten”) in certain cases
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability, where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
To exercise these rights, email tritcontact@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) — imy.se — or another supervisory authority in your EU/EEA country of residence.
8. Children
This website is aimed at adults and business contacts. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children via trit.se.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when our processing or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
